Marbled green bamboo fiber yarn scarf

Here is a scarf that I've been working on as well. I finished this last night. Surprisingly, it is quite heavy!

Birthday afghan for my FIL

This afghan was a belated birthday present for my father-in-law. I tried my best to get it done by his birthday, but I missed it by like a month. I was able to give him the finished project this past Tuesday. This was a Vanna pattern with Vanna yarn. It was the first afghan I made with an N hook.

Up close detail (I just noticed that you can faintly see my outline through the stitches... hehe):

It is really soft and warm! (please ignore my blotchy face)

Baby Caps

A friend of mine has a preemie and not much is fitting him right now. So, I took up my scrap yarn and a size G hook and whipped out a few little beanies :) I took the pictures of each one lying down, and then "puffed up" as it would look on the baby's head.

Now, isn't this just the CUTEST cap EVER? A pumpkin!

Cancer Cap - First Beading Attempt

A friend of mine's mom has cancer, so I wanted to make a cancer cap for her. I decided to make this cap a little more "fancy" by stringing beads onto the yarn. You can see the beads really well in the detail picture below.
